The warmest of
welcome and many thanks for visiting our website. The International Cultural Voice of California (ICVC) is an organization based in San Diego,
California whose purpose is to foster world culture and environmental education
in the local, regional, national, and international community. Particular
emphasis is placed on enlightening youth through cross cultural activity,
providing youth with positive activities which help to prevent community
deterioration, and nurturing a harmonious and collaborative environment which
celebrates a diverse and multicultural society. ICVC is organized and operated
exclusively within the multicultural and environmental activities under the
guidelines of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of the USA.
